چکیده
Aim. To compare two methods for the determination of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and soluble ST2 (sST2): rapid immunochemical standard enzyme immunoassay (ELISA), as well to determine possibility tests determining these biomarkers in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Material . This open, non-randomized, single-center observational study included 41 patients: 20 with non-ST-elevation (non-STEMI) 21 ST-elevation (STEMI), without cardiogenic shock active inflammatory process. During hospitalization, all patients underwent level NT-proBNP using an immunological fluorometric analyzer AQT90 FLEX (Radiometer, Germany) sST2 method assessing lateral flow ASPECT Reader™ T2 (Critical diagnostics, USA). Then, studies by ELISA were delayed. Results. The Spearman correlation coefficient NT-proBNP-ELISA was 0,5937 (p=0,00000087). At same time, proportion >300 pg/ml test significantly higher than ELISA: 90% vs 44% (p<0,05). In a comparative analysis sST2, sST2-ELISA is 0,9561 (p=0,0000007). proportions >35 ng/ml did not differ amounted 53 55%. Rapid different between Killip I III (p=0,043): Me=1375,00 (669,00; 3140,00) Me=3660,00 (1815,00; 6890,00). There no significant changes depending on class. Conclusion. Correlations found AMI: medium strength strong sST2. levels pg/mL ELISA. Therefore, conversion formula needed, which available data are insufficient. significantly. A direct relationship class found. No dependence

Rapid Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction
To improve the specificity of biochemical markers of myocardial infarction (MI) a method to measure cardiac troponin-I (CTn-I) was developed. CTn-I is a protein unique to cardiac muscle and is released after MI. Consecutive 150 patients admitted to the coronary care unit was studied. Value of CTn-I was determined in all samples. CTn-I concentration in the MI patients group was increased com...

Introduction: Acute Myocardial Infarction is a clinical condition for which delays in seeking care can have significant and adverse consequences on patients’ prognosis . Minimizing AMI treatment delays remains a priority for emergency medical services (EMS). Rural residents often have limited access to local health care providers and hospitals, which may affect their use of the&nbs...
